As noted on the main page for this topic, in order to even learn about "The Sailor Moon Official Fan Club" you had to find an advertisement for it via existing North American Sailor Moon merchandise. The advertisement appeared as the following:

Keep in mind neither the address nor phone number relate to anything Sailor Moon now.

Back in the mid-1990s if you wrote to the address or called the number provided you could sign up to become a member. Sadly, it wasn't as simple as that, however. To get the "full deal" you pretty much had to pay thirty-five dollars to get the "fabulous merchandise" and that is not including the shipping. Once that was fulfilled they would mail you a "Sailor Moon Fan Club Kit" and that was pretty much it.
