In this episode, Usagi asks Michiru if she plans to become a violinist in the future. Michiru responds she is not sure why she was born. She doesn't know what road she should take and is lost. Usagi soon comes to realize that Michiru is so talented in painting and music it is likely because she has so many options.
I think there is more to it. After all, like Haruka she had a dream she had to give up too. In this case, I believe Michiru isn't sure she has an option. She says she doesn't know why she was born and I think that deals with why she was given such a life when it would be to kill or be killed. What sort of life is that? Is she doing the right thing taking up her duty as a soldier when it comes to such extremes? In any case, despite she made her decision, I believe she still shows doubts here.
Later on when they go to the violin recital, in a box seat, Michiru and Haruka observe Usagi and her friends. Michiru comments "It's so nice to be so young." She likely feels she has the right to say that. She gave up her innocence as a normal girl and likely longs for that time again.
