115 "Shadow of Silence!? The Pale Glimmer of a Firefly"

Ah, Pluto… the lone soldier with the responsibilities of guarding the Time Door. While it was never noted in the anime, Uranus and Neptune led lonely existences like Pluto in their past lives. They couldn't leave their posts. Until the present, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto were never able to be a group. They worked seperately from the Four Deity Soldiers as well as from each other.

In their present lives, that has all changed though. Pluto is shown having much more freedom now that she has a new life as Setsuna Meioh in this episode. Chibiusa is even ecstatic since now she can visit her favorite Soldier of Time more often.

Michiru teases Setsuna by imitating Chibiusa's parting words to her and Haruka shows up noting Chibiusa was cute. Setsuna seems not offended by it. Perhaps it is her maturity, but I think it also shows just how happy she is to be there and able to fight in a group as well as near the royal family she cares so deeply for.

I also think Michiru reacted that way because the three of them never had such luxuries in their previous lives. Haruka shows a fond expression when thinking of Chibiusa, really, but she closes her eyes in a sort of solemn regret when she is reminded of Chibiusa being the future princess and heir to the Silver Millennium's throne. Her attitude changes when she is reminded of their responsibilities of soldiers and takes on a cocky air, saying, "Yeah. I'll at least try to be careful and not hurt her."

With that said, Haruka begins talking as the Soldier of Uranus. All three solemn and begin discussing their new mission. For the time being, they can only afford small luxuries of normalcy in their lives… ones that are far smaller than what the five other Sailor Soldiers' have.

Later on, Haruka is driving by and sees Chibiusa. She offers her and her friend a ride. I think this is her way of looking out for the future princess. It was when she found out her friend was the daughter of Professor Tomoe did her attitude change.

When Sailor Chibi Moon shows up, I can rather understand why she'd be annoyed and exasperated. As she knows, Chibi Moon is Chibiusa. One, she is a child fighting Daimons that can at times give even her, Neptune and Pluto trouble. Two, she is their future princess fighting! They need to secure the future and it ends up coming to the past practically crying out "hurt me!" As well intentioned Chibi Moon was, she really did hinder Uranus from being able to fight. Uranus would of course put Chibi Moon's safety first despite her words earlier to Setsuna.

Uranus does admittedly drop her when she sees the Daimon head for where her car is, though, but through that does she witness something that raises her suspicions about the Tomoe family - destructive powers.

She firmly warns Sailor Moon and the others to keep Chibiusa way from Hotaru after that. She will not tell them why as usual, but to the end she shows she cares for the little girl's safety throughout the episode.
