Lip Rod (リップ・ロッド - Rippu Roddo )

The Lip Rod's appearance and function reflects its name. Its basic form is a cylinder-shaped stick, or grip, with a sphere on top and a star crowning it. Very much like a lightning rod, the sphere on top acts as an energy conductor. The addition of "Lip" to the name refers to its literal "make up"; ability that highlights physical features with makeup. (In this case, the lips.)

Haruka's Lip Rod has its own unique characteristics and embellishments to reflect her guardian planet. The star on top is gold and six pointed. At its center is her planetary symbol. The sphere resembles a planet-like shape and is dark blue. Reflecting the rings some planets possess, two half rings circle the sphere creating an angle, or V-shape, across the front.

Connecting the sphere to the grip is a gold cap that resembles a rain guard on a sword. It has a pink, heart-shaped frame with a mirror at its center. The grip, meanwhile is a light blue, likely metallic and of similar color the mirror. At the bottom of it is a gold, sphere-shaped pommel.

Communicator Watch (Never actually named in the anime)

The Communicator Watch is exactly what it sounds like. A communication device resembling a watch, it acts similar to a cell phone. The wrist band and base frame are gold. The base has a dark blue flip-lid. It is dome-shaped and is embellished with gold symbols. At its center is a gold button with her planetary symbol on it.

What the inner panel of the frame looks like is unknown, but it is likely similar to the panels inside the communication watches Sailor Moon and company have. Said communicators have a small button that bears their planetary symbol. It flashes when messages are coming through. A video screen is also available under the flip-lid.

Space Sword (スペース・ソード - Supēsu Sōdo)

The Space Sword resembles a cutlass with its short, curved blade and its slashing function. Its hilt is gold and has a a simple grip that lacks a pummel. Instead the end curls into itself.

The cross-guard bar's extended arms, or quillons, curve strongly in the horizontal plane, forming a sort of S-shape. The center of the bar, where the guard block is, is very ornamental and extends into the rain guard. It has two hollow circles in the horizontal plane, which connect to an octagon-shaped (in the vertical plane) base.

The blade is red and has a single sharp-edge. When she calls upon her attack, the blade glows in similarity to a light bulb. In theory, the red part of the blade is actually hollow and acts as a vessel. When the energy begins to fill it, it then acts as a compressor as well.
The scabbard resembles what most people would expect a blade to look like. It appears to be of metal and looks to have a fuller, a forte and an edge. The fuller is decorated with a line of five gems trailing down the center.

Transformations and Attacks

Transformation Spell: Uranus Planet Power! Make Up! (ウラヌス・プラネットパワー！メイクアップ！- Uranusu Puranetto Pawā! Meiku-appu!)

Calling out this spell, Haruka grasps hold of her Lip Rod. Golden energy ignites from its sphere. From a distant, full-body shot, she waves the Lip Rod into a circle about her; a line of energy forms about her feet mirroring the circle of the Lip Rod's energy.

Once the circle is complete, Haruka crosses her arms about her chest and bows her head. Soon after, golden energy erupts from the circle below, surrounding her in a wall. The energy resembles wind currents. They create the base of her uniform.

Electric sparks then fly from her lower back, resembling shattered glass. Blue energy then erupts from the center and rushes to the audience. This shields her from view for a moment. Said energy creates her collar, chest bow, pleated skirt, gloves and boots.

She comes into view again, this time the shot is a close up of her face. Running her hand through her hair, her eyes are closed. Lightly colored lip gloss gently appears on her lips and then she opens her eyes. The close up panels back and in a spin she then trikes her ending pose, completely transformed into a Sailor Soldier.

First Magical Attack: World Shaking! (ワールド・シェイキング！ - Wārudo Sheikingu!)

Lifting her hand over her head, thin rays of golden energy seeps into it as it closes into a fist. Grasping the gathered energy, it soon condenses in her hold and thicker rays of light escape from between her fingers and palm.

Calling out her attack, energy erupts from the ground in a circle and rushes up towards the ever growing ball of energy grasped in her hand. Reaching the ball, it soon becomes a ring, giving the energy the appearance of a planet. It sparks a bit and then she thrusts her fist to the ground.

The moment the energy planet connects with the earth, gold energy resembling lightning rushes down from the sky, adding greater impact. This pressure is enough to make the earth shake and split. Instead of entering the earth, it skims it, charging with great speed towards whatever target she aims for. While in motions, it resembles not only a planet of golden energy, but a comet as well due to golden energy beams trailing it. Upon making contact with its target, the enemy is then engulfed in the pressure and weakened or destroyed.

The golden energy, though appearing similar to light, is likely pressurized air and wind torrents.

Second Magical Attack: Space Sword Blaster! (スペー・スソードブラスター！ - Supēsu Sōdo Burasutā!)

Leaping into the air, Sailor. Uranus calls out her attack. From this, white energy fills her Talisman's blade. With a two-handed grip, she slashes the sword over her shoulder and then slices the air vertically in front of her. This projects the energy out of the blade. The energy flies out in an arch towards its target, allowing for long distant attacks. The energy proceeds to slice into enemy, likely entering his or her body to create a deep wound.

The white energy, though appearing similar to light, is likely pressurized air and wind torrents.

Additional Trivia

♅ The anime never shows transformation sequences for the any of the Outer Solar System Soldiers after their power ups into Super Sailors, and thus no transformation spells. We are given a hint to what they would have said from Michiru Kaioh's Sailor Stars Image Single CD. Her Prologue features her saying, "Neptune Crystal Power! Make Up!" Therefore, Haruka's transformations spell would be "Uranus Crystal Power! Make Up!"
