Gundam W 2nd OPERATION

The following are excerpts from MEGU New 4 New Mobile Suit Report Gundam W 2nd OPERATION which came out in 1996 by BiBLOS. On page 28 a summary is given regarding to what happened to Trowa since his disappearance in Episode 25: Quatre vs. Heero to what happens to him until Episode 43: Target: Earth. Page 30 has a summary on Catherine Bloom from when she encounters Trowa again in Episode 35: The Return of Wufei to when she sees him off in Episode 38: The Birth of Queen Relena.

Trowa Barton

Even though he lost his memory, the heart of a soldier remained.

Trowa, who disappeared into the depths of space during his battle with Quatre, had been missing, and his fate was unknown. However, he reappeared at the colony where Catherine was staying. He rejoined the circus troupe and played the role of a clown, but the only thing that had changed was that he had lost all his memories. The peaceful life he had been living as Catherine's brother would soon come to an end. When war approached the colony, he resolved to return to the battlefield. It was to protect the one he loved. When he brought out Zero to save Catherine, Trowa was tormented by the Zero System. The very thing that had taken away his memories now brought them back. And so, the soldier returned.

Catherine Bloom

Dreaming of peaceful days with Trowa.

Reunited with Trowa, who had lost his memory and was wandering aimlessly, she treated him as her real brother, and those days were peaceful for her. She was cold to Duo and Quatre when they came to visit Trowa, probably because she feared the end of that peace. But Trowa returned to the battlefield with the promise that he would "definitely come back alive." Believing in that promise, she waits.
